Angela is a Senior Strategist at BEworks, where she uses her expertise to tackle complex behavioral challenges and design actionable solutions for clients in a variety of sectors. Angela also leads the Sustainability portfolio at BEworks, working with multinational corporations and governments to drive sustainable behavior change. Her work has included a multiyear initiative to develop and validate a behavior change program aimed at reducing household food waste. She is passionate about the transformative societal impact to be had by applying scientific insights to address real-world challenges.
Angela is a seasoned scientist, having earned a PhD in Linguistics from Northwestern University in Chicago and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Toronto - Mississauga. Her research on speech perception and learning in both adults and young children has been published in top-tier scientific journals.

As an avid traveller, Angela would love to find ways to encourage consumers to engage in more sustainable travel behaviours, considering where they choose to go, how they get there, where they stay, and what they do once they’re there.
