Sydney Fajardo is the Director of Operations at BEworks and has been with the company since 2019. Along with oversight of business operations, she leverages over 15 years of operations and project management experience to lead the planning and execution of a diverse portfolio of projects. With experience spanning short-term engagements to complex, multi-year pilot programs, Sydney plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless delivery of each initiative.
Her approach is rooted in process optimization, rigorous organizational practices, and strong attention to detail, contributing to the consistent high-quality execution of BEworks’ projects. Sydney works closely with project teams and clients to implement structured workflows, enhance operational efficiencies, and proactively manage risks, timelines, and resources.
Sydney holds a BSc in Computer Engineering from University of Alberta.
What is a big idea or question you have been thinking about?
When people first think about sustainability, they usually zero in on climate or environmental sustainability. While this is a big challenge, I’ve been thinking about the question of how we can solve challenges in other realms of sustainability that will also serve to improve the lives of those who are most disadvantaged.
