Our Team

Sydney has been part of the BEworks team since May 2019. As Project Manager, she applies her administrative and operations background to the planning and management of the extensive list of BEworks projects. Across our portfolio, Sydney especially enjoys being involved in projects in the healthcare and sustainability spaces. Prior to BEworks, she worked for several years in retail management and operations while also keeping up with her creative side through ballet - she still enjoys teaching and choreographing for children at a small studio in Toronto. Sydney holds a BSc in Computer Engineering from University of Alberta.   

What is a big idea or question you have been thinking about? 

When people first think about sustainability, they usually zero in on climate or environmental sustainability. While this is a big challenge, I’ve been thinking about the question of how we can solve challenges in other realms of sustainability that will also serve to improve the lives of those who are most disadvantaged.
