Our Team

Youval (Yuvi) is an Associate at BEworks, where he applies his expertise in behavioural science to drive impactful change across the company's portfolios. He has successfully led projects for diverse private companies and public organizations worldwide, tackling a wide range of topics. With a passion for helping individuals lead more meaningful lives, his work includes promoting sustainable lifestyles, enhancing financial decision-making, and fostering community engagement. 

Youval holds a PhD and MA in Experimental Psychology from the University of Toronto and a BA in Psychology from Columbia University. His academic research focuses on the influence of social information on collective action, environmental behaviour, and cooperation. His professional experiences include statistical consulting, market research, and music performance.

Outside of work, Youval is a multi-instrumentalist who enjoys composing and playing music across various genres. He is also an avid runner and an aspiring expert in the art of cooking.
