Our Team

Noor is a behavioral scientist and researcher with a background in digital health, social norms and user behavior. In 2023, Noor received her masters in behavioral and decision sciences from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to that, Noor co-founded a digital health company that provided one of the first digital care solutions for diabetes management in the Middle East. Having grown up between the US and the Gulf, Noor is passionate about using the power of behavioral science to improve communities in the Middle East through evidence-based policies and cost-effective interventions.
