With over ten years of expertise in the fields of art and design, Jovana transforms imaginative concepts into tangible realities through the use of empathetic, behavior-focused design strategies. Drawing upon her fine arts background, her work blends aesthetics with purposeful design that prioritizes impact. At BEworks, Jovana crafts unique products that are custom-fit to each client project through a methodical process aimed at fulfilling the clients' objectives. This process, in collaboration with the design team and behavioral scientists, entails defining the problem, identifying its behavioral obstacles, generating ideas through brainstorming, developing prototypes, and gathering feedback through testing. By understanding the motivations behind human actions, Jovana is able to create refined prototypes, brand identities, and solutions that are intentionally designed to drive specific behavioral outcomes.

Together with her co-designer Fernando, Jovana has successfully rebranded BEworks from the ground up, constructing a comprehensive visual library and new identity that distinguishes the company from its competitors. The new brand has garnered widespread praise from both existing and new clients, serving as a testament to the exceptional nature of BEworks as a whole.

What is Jovana's dream project?

In my free time I enjoy hand-coloring and restoring historical images. My dream project is to design a tool that would on the rapidly evolving AI technology to simplify the process of image and video restoration, making it accessible to a wider audience. This would offer a deeper understanding of our historical past, foster a heightened appreciation for history, and revive memories of individuals who have since passed away.
