Propelling Climate Action: Illuminating the Climate Era Mindset

To reach the collective goal of limiting global warming to 1.5 degrees or lower, unprecedent changes are needed of governments, industry, and citizens. Fundamentally, people are required to catalyze the necessary changes, and as such, we need to understand the human side of this planetary problem. 

Human action is critical. This research set out to understand the mindsets of those willing to act, where to find them, and how to empower them in the workplace.
